Assess your mental health
We connect previously unconnected health data - everything from your step counter or your lab results to your smartphone or smartwatch. That allows you to monitor your steps or your energy level. We also show depression-related data like your sleep.
Then we combine it with external data that may impact depression, like the weather.
On a personalized dashboard you get a perfect overview over your current health status.
Track your condition
On a daily basis we’ll ask you a handful of questions about your mental health so you can track that over time. Every two weeks we’ll ask a few more questions to give you a broader picture.
See trends and correlations
You see trends and correlations in our dashboard: How does your mood affect your sleep? Do you take your medication in the spring more than in the fall? How does the biweekly assessment change over time? And to what extent does your mood influence your energy? All these questions are answered and can be seen within different time frames. Managing your depression has never been so easy!
