Bettina Hein is a serial software entrepreneur that has built successful technology companies in Europe and the US. Juli is her third software company. She is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum as well as the 2018 Immigrant Entrepreneur of the Year in Massachusetts.

Bettina Duehrkoop has experience in the corporate as well as the entrepreneurial environment. She has more than 25 years of experience in customer-centric strategy and product development. Most recently she was founder of an award winning advertising agency she successfully sold to join juli.

Joris Straatman
Joris has 20 years of experience as a CTO with a track record of successfully building large tech teams. He has launched several startups in hard- and software industries, B2C as well as B2B. Joris holds a BA in Psychology and MSc in Artificial Intelligence, specializing in knowledge technology and machine learning.

Joseph Hayes, MD, PhD
Joe has an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a PhD in Psychiatric Epidemiology from UCL. He is currently a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow and a Honorary Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry in Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.

Michael Seggev

Seggev brings over 25 years of commercialization experience in healthcare, including B2B go-to-market planning and launch leadership at two disruptive digital health startups. He previously launched products which achieved over $1.8 billion in annual sales. Under his leadership, the first device/drug/app combination inhaler for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) was brought to market.

Dave Sockel

Sockel brings over 20 years of health care strategy and revenue creation experience to juli. He co-founded a $100 million health care company focused on member acquisition, engagement and retention across commercial and government health insurance sectors. His areas of expertise include mental health and virtual care delivery. Focusing on health plans, ACOs and provider systems, his clients have included nearly all of the top 20 insurers, including Aetna, CIGNA, Elevance, HCSC, Humana, United HealthCare and many single state Blues and leading regional carriers.

Dan Curtis

Dan brings over 25 years of financial and operations experience. His career includes diverse public and private company experience, from Fortune 500 to venture-backed start-ups, and Big Four public accounting. He is experienced in complex mergers and acquisitions, has managed debt and equity raises totaling over $150 million, and driven process and operational improvements and infrastructure build out. He was previously CFO at Vitrue (acquired by Oracle), Kova Solutions (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway) and SiteAdvisor (acquired by McAfee). He holds a BS, with honors, from Boston College. Dan spent his honeymoon at the US Open in Oakmont, PA.
